Important Notification: Price Changes from 1st April 2025

We recognise the importance of great value connectivity and are committed to continually investing in quality products and services for you and your customers.

As you may be aware, Openreach has issued a notification for a range of industry-wide price increases impacting Ethernet products, which will come into effect on 1st April 2025. This will apply to both new and installed Ethernet services.

As is the case in much of the industry, we have made the difficult decision to complete a straight pass through of Openreach price increases to most of our Ethernet services. The details of these upcoming price changes are provided in the table below.

New Business Pricing:

We are pleased to announce we will continue to offer our current pricing for EAD services as well as launching attractive rates in Flexzone areas. Please visit the partner portals for our great new business pricing or alternatively contact your Account Manager.

Installed and In-flight Ethernet Services:

The following price changes will apply from the 1st April 2025.

Pre-installation Cancellation Charges:

As part of simplifying our pricing, we have aligned our Pre-Installation Cancellation charges.
